- We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any state government, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or any other government agency.
- Consumers may file complaints with the Department of Insurance or Department of Commerce in their state of residence.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
